Q: Why should I buy a car from you?
A: Good question. Our salespeople are all non-commissioned, you work directly with a decision maker so that we don’t waste your time, our prices are hyper-competitive anywhere you look in the country, we post our discounted prices on every car, and we talk openly and up front about interest rates, discounts, trade value, Carfax, book values, etc. (Finally a car dealer that speaks your language). I guarantee that you will have the most fun, stress-free, drama-free car buying experience ever, or I will give you your money back (ask about our Love it or Leave it Money Back Guarantee).

10 Tough Questions to Ask BEFORE you Buy a Used Car! Question 10: Can I talk to the Owner?
April 8th, 2010 — 10 Tough Questions to Ask BEFORE you Buy a Used Car, Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Buying Information
Can I speak with the Owner of the Business?
Yeah Right! Most car dealers today are collectors; they collect car franchises, boats, planes, wine, golf clubs, and other stuff. Most dealers are “absentee” meaning they are absent from the business and their employees are manning the ship.
I love my job. I love serving customers. My goal is to change the landscape of the car business. When you are in the store, be sure to stop by my office and say hello. My door is always open and I work hard 6 days a week to serve our customers (No time for golf, I’m busy raising a family).
Speaking of Family; be sure to bring yours (We Love Children – Young and Old). We have the worlds best FREE crane game (kids get to play for free until they win something), video games, kids movies, coloring pages, etc. Since we don’t allow vending machines in the store; we have FREE soda, popcorn, balloons and oftentimes pizza, hamburgers and hotdogs waiting for you. I almost forgot; we also have FREE world-class Starbucks coffee (only the best for you) day and night.
We sell cars in down-pour rain, 110 degree heat, 5 feet of snow, baseball sized hail, and bone aching extreme-cold so don’t let weather be an excuse! We have umbrellas, a transport van and a bunch of folks who will run around and bring you whatever you need! Remember, we’re here to serve!
If you’re coming from outside of 50 miles to visit us, we will throw in gas money to help with the trip, just as our way of saying welcome to Wichita. We will also provide a list of things to do in Wichita and a huge selection of special savings offers and incentives for our out of town guests (many of our customers come from outside of Wichita)…Good News travels Fast!
10 Tough Questions to Ask BEFORE you Buy a Used Car! Question 9: Why?
April 8th, 2010 — 10 Tough Questions to Ask BEFORE you Buy a Used Car, Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Buying Information
Why should I buy a car from you versus anyone else?
Most dealers will tell you that you should choose them because of Price or Service.
Low Price in the car business is an empty promise (yes my prices are low, but I give you so much more than a low price). Vehicles are priced based on supply and are held in check by book values. Generally, you will get a very similar price no matter where you shop. Beware of a dealer promising a price that is “too good to be true” – It most likely is…too good to be true. They will make up the difference in the finance department or they may not give you a fair amount for your trade in.
Service is another poor answer to this question. You should expect service! Providing good service should be a requirement, not a bonus. But sadly, most people who promise good service fail to deliver (yes, I will give you positively outrageous service).
You should buy a car from someone who is able to give you a quick and powerful answer to this question…someone who actually provides something beneficial to you.
When I am asked that question, I share with my customers a few items that I believe separate us from our competition. At Suzuki of Wichita and RideHomeHappy.com:
- Our Salespeople are Non-Commissioned. We give you the facts you need to make an intelligent decision, quickly. We are not afraid to say “I don’t think this car is right for you.”
- Work Directly with a Decision Maker (No Time Wasting and No Monkey Business)!
- America’s #1 Warranty!
- Our prices are hyper-competitive anywhere you look in the country
- We post our discounted prices on every car
- We talk openly and up front about interest rates, discounts, trade value, Carfax, book values, etc. (Finally a car dealer that speaks your language).
- I guarantee that you will have the most fun, stress-free, drama-free car buying experience ever, or I will give you your money back.
Ask Scott – Is this ADVERTISED PRICE REAL and what's the catch?
December 10th, 2009 — Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Buying Information, Our Guarantees, Public Service Announcements, Suzuki of Wichita News
Q: Is this ADVERTISED PRICE REAL and what’s the catch?
A: No catch. Yes, our prices are real! As a matter of fact EVERYONE QUALIFIES for our advertised pricing. Beware of dealers ads that include Military Rebate, College Graduate Rebate, Owner Loyalty Rebate, Competitive Owner Rebate, Must Finance with blank bank Rebate, and Must do this and Must do that Rebates to get to their unattainable advertised price…WE DON’T DO THAT. If you are active Military, a recent college graduate, or currently own a Suzuki then we can even save you even more money than our EVERYONE QUALIFIES PRICING!

Ask Scott – What do you attribute Suzuki of Wichita's success to?
December 2nd, 2009 — Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Buying Information, Our Awards, Our Guarantees
Q: What to you attribute Suzuki of Wichita’s success to?
A: Our entire team has been overwhelmed by the support you have given us. You cannot drive anywhere in Wichita and not see Suzuki’s EVERYWHERE! We have a great group of amazing people here at Suzuki and our customers continually tell me that they love their experience. I get letters everyday from clients saying this has been the “best shopping experience they have ever had.” I also want to acknowledge the blessing that the Lord has over our dealership. “He has always been very interested in our dealership.” As a Christian business owner, my goal is to run our dealership by THE Golden Rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It is just the right way to do things!”

Ask Scott – How do you price your Used Cars to be so low?
December 2nd, 2009 — Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Buying Information
Q: How do you price your used cars?
A: We are very picky about the quality of car we offer for sale and the price we place in the vehicle. When we price a car for the lot, we look at the NADA book (that the Banks use), the Kelly Blue Book (that the Consumers tend to use) and we look at the Internet (Edmunds, AutoTrader, Cars.com, etc.) to check values and prices. We normally price our cars to be the first or second lowest price in a several hundred mile radius. This saves you time and money and provides the confidence of knowing that you got the best deal!

Ask Scott: Is it true that your salespeople are Non-Commissioned?
November 24th, 2009 — Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Buying Information, Car Finance Information, Suzuki Offers
Q: Is it true that your salespeople are Non-Commissioned?
A: Yes! Most salespeople in our industry get paid a percentage of the dealership profit. Thus, the more they “make” on you the more they keep (I call this “The Sins of Commission”). My salespeople are salary based with customer service and volume incentives (nothing to do with profit everything to do with customer service). My salespeople have no incentive to try and talk you into a certain vehicle since they are not paid on a percentage of the profit. This allows them to simply focus on YOUR NEEDS and WANTS and NOT on your pocketbook.
Our salespeople are more like “Tour Guides” than Car Salesmen! After all WE DON’T ALLOW SHARKS ON THE SHOWROOM!

Ask Scott: Is it true that you don't have a seperate Finance & Insurance Department?
November 24th, 2009 — Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Finance Information
Q: Is it true that you don’t have a separate Finance & Insurance Department?
A: Yes! We talk openly with you UP FRONT about price, trade value, interest rates, payments, etc. (anything you want to talk about). This 1-step process saves you TIME and MONEY (no 2-step, waiting for the finance manager after you buy the car)! I have surveyed hundreds of customers about their biggest complaints over my 20 years of experience to find out that the biggest complaints revolve around the F&I Department and the time it takes to “get out of the dealership.” Don’t worry…We won’t waste your valuable time!

Why 1000 is SO Important to Us (99.9% is not good enough)!
September 25th, 2008 — Ask Scott (FAQ's), Car Buying Information, Car Service Information, Our Guarantees, Public Service Announcements, Suzuki of Wichita News
Suzuki of Wichita CARES about our JD Powers Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSI) and our JD Powers Sales Satisfaction Ratings (SSI)! We strive to give “Level 10″ Service and earn perfect 10′s in every customer interaction (Earning a total survey score of 1000). If we EVER FAIL to deliver level 10 (1000 point) service, please contact a member of our management team immediately!
Why is 1000 so important to us?
If we accept 99.9% as “good enough” – We would have to accept…
50 newborn babies dropped at birth every day…
32,000 missed heartbeats per person per year…
12 newborns would be given to the wrong parents daily…
2 plane landings daily at O’Hare will be unsafe…
20,000 incorrect drug prescriptions will be written in the next 12 months…
315 entries in Webster’s Third New International Dictionary of the English language will be misspelled…
Homes would be without electricity, heat, water and telephone for 15 minutes every day…
Every page of the telephone directory would contain wrong numbers…
